History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Theodoric was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
