Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left hand, he wears dull pastel sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed spear, just in case. His hair is short and white. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Born to a Cook, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Gunter took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up spear and armor he uses now. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a tan armored body suit, with a simple grey line shooting up and back down. Her brown hair is wavy and long. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.
Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.
