Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Eloise was born on a far western desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Dyer. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
