Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Randal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A freak accident while working with his Servant mother left him crippled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Eleanor is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Eleanor was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and seeks redemption

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Galiena has worked very hard to control her curse. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
