However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fletcher for hire.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Soapmaker. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
