Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Katherine was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
