History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When Cory reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Healer, but she got bored and became a Shoemaker. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
