Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a worn and beaten armor. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a white coat over a blue low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon her head. She has a long golden ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her eyes are likewise brown.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Susannah was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Detective born in the past three hundred years. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He got into the Detective business at a young age. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, John has worked very hard to control his curse. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His golden hair is singed and shortened. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Bernard is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he desires power and/or immortality
