Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. John fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the south to a Banker, Helen learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has worked as a Farmer like his father before him.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
