Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Hugh was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hugh decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
