History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Actor. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: Rosalind is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.
