Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears skinny pants and wears a black and yellow robe with the hood down. His feathered hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
