Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: John hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mercenary. He tends to his Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Aldous was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and a rival would like him out of the picture
