History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Griselda took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sai and armor she uses now. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thomas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born to a Tailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He became a Merchant soon after.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son.
