His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He likes to wear black tank tops with green pants. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Glassblower hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: She wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around her neck, and a sickle on her belt. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly sickles and warhammers. Her red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are gray.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a hand crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to work out more often
