Description: He wears a pastel vest and prefers red and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lance grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She is a Ploughman first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She got into the Ploughman business at a young age. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it.
