History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Trey was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

History: Ahlyssa was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She dropped out of school to support her sick father, and resented it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
