Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His white hair is thinning but still full. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerard is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gerard studied abroad. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Gerard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Description: This dark-skinned female prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. She wears her black hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The war was a terrible time for her, and Maynild does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Server arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels kind of lost in life

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She wears a red armored body suit, with a simple white line shooting up and back down. She is bald on top and has large black tufts of hair around her ears. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to prove her worth to the world

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.
