History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Godfrey liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

History: Hadwisa was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Through the years after Hadwisa was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Hadwisa's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
