History: She was born into a rich family. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Sarah alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has achieved small success as a Body Guard.
