One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Eloise took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up kukri and armor she uses now. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: She was born in the west. Emma was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Soapmaker. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
