Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Herleva reached her early adolescence her Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care, marred by sweets. He has no hair. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Conrad embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Conrad grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Jacoba was born with her mother's beautiful face. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Jacoba took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She bought a sword and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This late middle aged woman does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it and is in decent physical shape. With wild chestnut hair. She has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
