History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Cecily never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After a long history of fighting, Jacoba and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to unite with her sister

History: Born to a Healer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with his Healer mother left him crippled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
