Rosamund grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rosamund. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.
