Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Avelina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

She is an epitome of beauty. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. She has gray eyes and a tan hat with a white feather.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Adelaide alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Adelaide never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Trym is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Trym lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Trym was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Trym decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
