History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He likes to wear white tank tops with pastel pants. His hair is chestnut and curly. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Through the years after William was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. William's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
