History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Through the years after Ernest was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Ernest's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
