History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Clerebold has worked very hard to control his curse. During his travels, Clerebold and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Clerebold discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Clerebold fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: She hates dire rats. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a black vest and prefers grey and black shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker black hat.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Hubert was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Brewer. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
