Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He works hard and plays hard.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bertram grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bertram. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
