Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. A true patriot, Percival would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Percival was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Percival decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with.
