Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. His golden hair is thinning but still full. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.
History: Roger lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His auburn hair is braided into rings. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: He was born in a small plains village. A freak accident while working with his Shoemaker father left him crippled. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is an amazing painter.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. Layabout work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: This woman loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: Joan lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.
