Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a brown costume with the symbols of death on his torso. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: Gilbert is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gilbert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Gilbert was born the youngest of three triplets. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: 5'8" and muscular, this southern woman wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her eyes are likewise brown. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Human culture. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her pickaxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. She has slicked back silver hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Fletcher arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She's also a talented Fisher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: This late middle aged man tends to wear a large white jacket and is in decent physical shape. His white hair is lengthy. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a Sculptor, his father struggled to pay the bills. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
