History: Born to a Bellfounder, her father struggled to pay the bills. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Sailor father left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.
