Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Manfred embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her childhood dream was to be a Merchant, but she was a colossal failure. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Anne was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born in a small plains village. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She bought a warhammer and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
