Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Bounty Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Fisher soon after.
