Description: This late middle aged man wears dull white sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed longbow, just in case and is in decent physical shape. His silver hair is heavily combed to the right. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Dean lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
