Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, he wears tattered old clothes. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with his Armorer father left him crippled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He wears a black vest and prefers brown and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His blue eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born into a rich family. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Rolf has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She takes great joy in being the best Mayor in town.

History: Born to a Junk Dealer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She tends to her Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
