History: Joan lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Engraver arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He tends to his Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Giselle was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything.
