Personality: Chad wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Avelina was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Avelina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
