History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Marshal, but he was a colossal failure. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born into a rich family. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
