History: He was born in the north. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her chestnut hair is thinning but still full. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She got into the Cartwright business at a young age. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Being a Cartwright kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born in the north to a Bookbinder, Bernard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.
