History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Sailor mother left her crippled. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She is wearing a long, brown cloak. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and seeks redemption

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
