Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'11" when asserting himself. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Heward was born with his mother's beautiful face. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away.
