Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Reynard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Reynard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Reynard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Agatha hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Odo was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a yellow vest and prefers grey and green shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
