History: Hugh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cory studied abroad. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Scribe and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a brown vest and prefers grey and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His tied-back hair is auburn. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Dustin was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Description: This malnourished man very much looks the part of a Navigator. His hair is long and black with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born in the north to a Navigator, Heward learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
