Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Cory hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of dire rats

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. When Kyle reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to be a architect again
