Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Jacoba was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jacoba's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
