Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Carter arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with her Marshal mother left her crippled. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Tim was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
