Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: The child of a Shoemaker, who enjoyed hunting, Cecily was taken on many hunting expeditions. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She tends to her Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
