Gerald was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Herbalist. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
